Who we are
SILVER HOOF is a proprietary trading firm (investment company) engaged in trading financial instruments such as stocks, options, futures, currencies, and others using its own capital without attracting funds from external investors. Our primary focus is on generating profits in financial markets through various trading strategies and investment methods, which we have been successfully doing since 2005. We do not provide brokerage services or asset management services.
One of our top traders and the founder of the company, known as DIMA SILVERHOOF, conducted an experiment in which he publicly demonstrated a return of +10,327.48% across 214 trades over the course of 57 trading days, increasing the initial deposit by more than 100 times. The goal of the experiment was to prove that with the right knowledge, skills, and discipline, it is possible to succeed even when starting with a very small amount—just $100, an amount accessible to almost anyone. What we do
Our main area of activity is trading and investments in financial markets. We develop, test, and use various trading strategies, including high-frequency trading (HFT) and other algorithmic strategies, manual trading (Day trading, Swing trading), and options trading. In addition to active trading, we invest a portion of our capital in financial instruments for the long term, which can involve participation in IPOs, simply buying stocks for extended periods, or investing in other assets where we expect a long-term trend. Besides our core business, we also provide some services to other participants in the financial market.
